A sangdil ye din to qayaamat ki tarah guzara hai

jaane kya baat thi har baat pe ronaa aaya.

 For a  long time, i kept loosing many important things and people in life,

once again i started something with the hope of getting chance to win again,

I put in best efforts, I tried, i struggled, n was almost there,

 

BUT .............. LOST AGAIN!!!!!!

 

It was not just another defeat for me, but actually defeat of my ideas,

I believed toooooo much in God, n never had faith in myself abt a few things,

Today things have crept up against me that, a small defeat set me back took my motivation away,

made me feel bad, made me QUESTION GOD.

If i ever did the right things then Y did u punish me everytime,  Y Y Y Y .

and i never got the answer.

 

 But today a good friend of mine made me believe again my purpose of being here,

my puspose of achieveing important things in life then getting attracted towards MATERIALISTIC things.

She made me actually see the GLASS HALF FULL side then cribbing abt wat i spilled.

 

Honestly, ne more that i would believe in God, i d rather trust myself, n understand that

KARMA is here, in doing it n letting it go but not EXPECT ne thing.

I am gathering all the scattered peices of my confidence, n fight with my life even Harder.

 

DOING SOMETHING AS THERE IS NO RESULT

 

BELIEVEING AS IF THERE IS JUST TODAY

 

N LIVING AS THERE IS NO TOMORROW.

 

 

 

 

 

Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray for a man who’s not a creep.

One who’s handsome, smart N strong, he’s not afraid to admit when he’s wrong.

Who thinks before he speaks, when he promises to call, he doesn’t wait 6 weeks.

I pray that he is gainfully employed, won’t lose his cool when he’s annoyed.

Pulls out my chair N opens my door, massages my back n begs to do more.

Oh! Send me a man, who will make love to my mind,

Knows what to say when I ask, “How Fat is my behind?”

One who’ll make love till my body’s itching’,

 He brings me a sandwich too when he goes to the kitchen.

I pray this man will love me to end, and would never compare me with my best friend.

Thank You in advance, N now I’ll just wait,

 for I know you will send him before its too late. AMEN!

 

Should you have a bad day at work, think of the man who has been out of work for years.

 

Should you despair over a relationship gone bad, think of the person who has never known what it's like to love and be loved in return.

 

Should you grieve the passing of another weekend, think of the woman in dire straits, working twelve hours a day, seven days a week to feed her children.

 

Should your car break down, leaving you miles away from assistance; think of the paraplegic who would love the opportunity to take that walk.

 

Should you notice a new gray hair in the mirror, think of the cancer patient in chemo who wishes she had hair.

 

Should you find yourself at a loss and pondering what is life all about, asking what is my purpose?  Be thankful.  There are those who didn't live long enough to get the opportunity.

 

Should you find yourself the victim of other people's bitterness,ignorance, smallness or insecurities, remember, things could be worse. You could be one of them.

Capital Ex more like  a fare in summer in edmonton, where u ca find a lot of stalls to eat, drink, icecreams, n wat not, besides this there were games for for every age group, from crashing bottles to putting ring around ducks neck to win free giftssssssss, or the other in which i won a teddy it was water fight, there were also, games like casino and winning nos, it was so much fun.....

then abt the rides oh my god that was the fun part, such sky skraper rides, roller coaster, swings, n spinning cars,n the most dangerous was the boat kind of ride ...it was all fun just amazing  worth going once in a while.

 

one of the most intresting days after coming to edmonton, well the pictures of parade is the grand begining of this event n that was another day, it was all worth being there.

i enjoyed every bit of it .

i m sure u all wld have enjoyed the barbeque n the pictures on my blog too. well dont u think such parties should be done more often? hahhahaha i know all would agree , well not forgetting to thank FRANK,CORRINE, n JEN ofcourse also all those who helped to make it good too.

 

it was just one of the times where u know n meet each other as well those who r new, so y not try na leave comments here on my blog about how u liked the barbeque, or if u liked some1 there or may be n e incident u wanna share...........

 After long time n everybody's request, to talk about my experiences in Canada , I m writing on the blog.

Thanks a lot for all u lovely people's comments n appreciation for my writings n pics.

 

well I m from the land of culture, n tradition, where the first thing in the morning when we get up is get regards n blessings from our parents n elders, by touching their feet . Our traditions are just never ending; sometimes colors in festivals sometimes fire works, n sometimes delicious n amazing food, and all those small ceremonies n rituals which have their own significance.

 

Coming to Canada is a complete new experience, different whether, different culture, different color, different people, completely modern, n organized, where u cant find n e dirt or n e, pollution, or n e nuisance.

It’s really amazing. After it being almost a year of living here, now that I know n understand a few things here, seems this place is beautiful n the people here are just fabulous, always ready to help n understand that WE belong to different culture, n the most amazing thing in them is the way they respect n like our culture.

 

But when I look back at my childhood n the time n place I grew, then I realize that this place being wonderful, still cant make me forget those small lanes of my country, where those people sell ‘Gajre’, (garland of flowers), those road side ‘Paani puri’ (eateable),

People living in small houses, but still possess big hearts n to make their living possible, struggle each day.When it rains, the birds sing n those flowers of spring just look gorgeous, where the wet soil smells amazing, this all makes it heavenly

Right from the scorching heat for which we have ‘Lassi’, till chilly winters, when we make ‘Gajar ka halwa’, those colorful clothes, or traditional ones all look good.

 

Where people unlike Canada live for themselves, but they live for others n be together in all pain n sufferings.

Where children don’t leave their parents as soon as they turn 18, but then live with them to take better care of them. When they get older, they're not left in old age homes but are respected for their advices, n valuable teachings from their experiences.

 

For all the beliefs n culture I got from my family n ancestors, still preserving them with pride…….. n continuing the tradition of my country  INDIA

CASE 1: 

A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. 

A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long? 

The crow answered: "Sure, why not." 

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested. 

All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it. 

Management Learning: 

For sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up. 

CASE 2: 

A turkey was chatting with a bull. 

"I would love to! be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy. 

"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients." 

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it actually gave him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree. 

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. 

Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree. 

Management Learning: 

Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there. 

CASE 3: 

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold, the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. 

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. 

A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of 

Cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him! 

Management Learning: 

1) Not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy. 

2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend. 

3) And when you're in deep shit, keep your mouth shut! 

CASE 4: 

The boy rode on the donkey and the old man walked. 

As they went along, they passed some people who remarked "it was a shame the old man was walking and the boy was riding". 

The man and boy thought maybe the critics were right, so they changed positions. Later, they passed some people that remarked, "What a shame, he makes that little boy walk." 

They decide d they both would walk! Soon they passed some more people who thought they were stupid to walk when they had a decent donkey to ride. So the both rode the donkey! 

Now they passed some people that shamed them by saying "how awful to put such a load on a poor donkey". 

The boy and man said they were probably right so they decided to carry the donkey. As they crossed a bridge, they lost their grip on the animal and he fell into the river and drowned. 

Management Learning: 

If you try to please everyone, you will eventually lose your thinking ability.
